Our Self Defence program teaches practical, real-world techniques designed to help you stay safe in threatening situations. This course combines techniques from Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and other effective martial arts.
Topics include situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, escape from grabs and holds, defence against armed attackers, and multiple attacker scenarios. Training is realistic and scenario-based.
We offer both 3-month intensive and 6-month comprehensive courses. Special workshops for women's safety and corporate groups are also available.
