Dominate on the Ground

Our Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on ground fighting techniques that enable a smaller, weaker person to defend against a larger opponent using leverage, positioning, and submissions.

Students learn takedowns, guard work, mount escapes, chokes, joint locks, and positional control. The art is both a highly effective self-defence system and a competitive sport practiced worldwide.

Regular sparring (rolling) allows students to apply techniques in real-time under supervision, building practical skill and confidence.
