Our Aerobics program delivers high-energy group fitness sessions designed to improve cardiovascular health, build stamina, and support weight management. Each class combines rhythmic movements with music for an engaging full-body workout.

Classes include warm-up, main aerobic routines, strength intervals, and cool-down stretching. Sessions are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels while providing enough intensity to challenge experienced participants.

Aerobics is a fantastic complement to martial arts training, building the cardiovascular endurance needed for sustained performance in Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and other disciplines.
